MEET THE FOUNDER... Coach Justin
My path to becoming a mindset coach began when I started working alongside young adults with
developmental disabilities. These experiences, as well as my passion for people, were huge assets in
becoming a coach. I also endured setbacks, heartbreak, and I too was a victim of Domestic Violence. Once
I broke the cycle, I realized just how much of an impact I could make. I was inspired to establish the 3
Nails 1Tree Community Corporation (3N1T); a 501c3 Non-profit registered in the State of Michigan.
With the creation of 3N1T, I became a certified Life Coach with two CPD accredited mentoring
certifications. In 2018, I joined Tim Williams International (TWI) and The New Beginnings Community
Corporation of Detroit (NBCDC), where I work as an Associate Coach while establishing my 3N1T Mentoring
brand. My expertise falls in line with men surviving domestic violence, regaining confidence, sudden
loss (grief), victimization, divorce, and custody battles.
Whether we want to admit it or not, we all get stuck from time to time. My goal is to help you stay
focused and moving forward in a positive direction. As a father, husband, and coach, who has experienced
a laundry list of life-changing events, I have had plenty of “now what do I do?” moments. I have been
there, done that, and lived to tell the story. Sometimes we need that person on our side that gets it,
and has been through it. I genuinely want you to succeed; I am confident that I can help lead you to
your next level!
